Great news! We are in the process of transitioning to our new owner. Therefore, ABTKS is closed starting May 6th for this transition. We are working very hard to open up ASAP. We will keep you posted as we get closer to opening!
We are a licensed drop-in child care center.
Who we serve: Children, ages 12 months to 12 years old.
Our mission: A Bien Tot & Kid Spot is an educational learning center that provides a holistic and stimulating educational environment to the Lower Highland Community in Denver, based upon language immersion.
We are more than a drop-in center. We believe every child should experience:
• Individualized attention
• Group interaction
• Creativity and play through music, dance and art expression
• A structured learning environment
Whether your child is in our care for an hour or more, they will experience programs designed to nurture, support and provide essential learning tools, specifically in the Spanish and French languages. Our focus will be on mind, body and spirit in a safe, respectful and fun environment. We maintain a low, guide-to-child ratio so that every child receives an adequate amount of individual attention. We emphasize group work and a community aspect because we believe “it takes a village to raise a child.”
While at A Bien Tot & Kid Spot, your child will interact with teachings of the following educational philosophies:
• Montessori
• Reggio Emilia
• Waldorf Education
• Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligences theory
